Return Request Period: In the event that you wish to make a return, please submit a complaint within 5-6 hour from the date of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products: Exchange only for damage

Small issue like stone, thread, mark etc not considered in damage,Thread coming is not considered as damage If you receive a damaged product

360 degree unboxing parcel video required in case of any damage or wrong and missing item.

Issue must be clear in video without any pause or cut. Send video with in 5-6 hour of parcel received.

Any requests received after this period may not be accepted.
